2026 Paving
Our 2026 Capital Infrastructure Project is to resurface the roadways in the southern portion of the Township, Forest Estates Subdivision. We will mill the roadways 2”, inspect, patch, prime, and resurface with 2” of asphalt surface course. We have been through the subdivision to determine roadway areas and mark compromised curb and gutter, and inlet structures earlier this year. Based on these field observations, we prepared bid documents and held an open bid for contractors on April 1, 2026. We anticipate a late summer construction timeline with approximately a 2 week completion. After construction we will return to install new high intensity prismatic traffic control signs and recessed roadway delineators to provide better retro-reflectivity of sight.
