2025 Paving
Our 2025 Capital Infrastructure Project is to resurface the roadways in the northeast corner of the Township, Tiburon Subdivision in the Arlington Heights. Last year, we trimmed all the parkway trees for roadway clearance and removed any dead or diseased trees. We will mill the roadways 2”, inspect, patch, prime, and resurface with 2” of asphalt surface course. We have been through the subdivision to determine roadway areas and mark compromised sidewalks, curb and gutter, and inlet structures earlier this year. Based on these field observations, we prepared bid documents and held an open bid for contractors on May 1, 2025. We anticipate a late summer construction timeline with approximately a 2 week completion. After construction we will return to install new high intensity prismatic traffic control signs and recessed roadway delineators to provide better retro-reflectivity of sight.
